Your Health is Our Top Priority

PHILOSOPHY

Our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself and maintain a state of balance or homeostasis. However, our modern lifestyle places huge demands on our bodies everyday: stress, psycho-emotional distress, excessive eating, excessive drinking, overworking, pollution, just to name a few. Our body cannot possibly keep up with the demand placed on it, hence we fall off the state of homeostasis and diseases and pain ensue. Our goal is to help restore the state of balance in the body by using various methods of Eastern medicine including acupuncture and herbal medicine, cupping, moxa, massage, as well as diet and lifestyle modification. Application of a holistic approach to healthcare and maintenance where the whole person is treated both mind and body, not just isolated systems or parts of the body, one will soon notice an overall improvement in health and vitality.
